Absolutely! You are more than welcome to fly solo. While we are incredibly fond of community and intentionally designed this toolkit to bring groups together for deeper connection, the prompts double beautifully as independent journaling tools. Whether you’re gathered around a table with a crew or curled up on the couch with a notebook for some personal internal growth, there’s no wrong way to dive in.

✱ I just placed my order! When should I expect my package to arrive?

We love the anticipation! Please give our team 2 to 3 business days to pack and ship your order out. Once it leaves our office, standard shipping typically takes 2 to 4 business days to complete its grand journey to your doorstep. ✱ What’s the story if I need to make a return?

Short story short. All orders are non-refundable. We pour so much care into crafting these tools, and we feel incredibly confident that you are going to love it! That said, if something feels amiss or it just isn't the perfect fit, please send us an email at order@thesanctuarydeck.com so we can chat and make it right. Alternatively, we highly encourage passing the toolkit along - it makes a beautiful gift for someone in your life who might really need a space for intentional connection and reflection.

✱ Oh no, my package had a bumpy ride! What should I do if it arrives damaged?

We put a whole lot of love, care, and prayer into everything we create and package. Because of this, all sales are completely final. However, if your package arrives looking like it had a little too much excitement on its travels, we're here to make things right! To initiate a rescue mission for your item, simply email order@thesanctuarydeck.com within 7 days of delivery, making sure to attach a few clear photos of the damaged item and its box so our team can review it.

✱ Can I place a bulk order for my team, event, or big retreat?

Of course! Our mission is deeply centered around Jesus and cultivating conversations, so we would absolutely love to help you bring these tools to your community, team, or gathering.

Of course - you can absolutely ship an order directly to a loved one! Just make sure to enter their address in the shipping fields at checkout so it lands safely on their doorstep.
